RJLasap caters for either daily, weekly or monthly invoicing. Invoices can be printed in either round/drop or customer order. The system allows for an unlimited number of price lists and special price lists. Discounts can be applied by product category (eg sandwiches, rolls, baguettes), by customer, as well as volume/value.

Once invoices have been printed they may be posted. Once posted, they are automatically archived for future reference and reprinting. They may also be posted to either the RJLasap sales ledger, Sage or MYOB accounts packages.
