RJL - RJLasap Order Entry

Manual Entry

Once an order has been entered it will automatically update the production sheets.
Whilst in the order entry screen the user can print a delivery note / daily invoice / Credit note as well as any labels.
Each customer may have up to nine deliveries per day.
RJLasap is designed to allow easy navigation between orders and has been designed for quick data entry.
Orders can be copied.
Individual messages may be entered and printed on delivery notes / invoices / credit notes.
An on screen list of customers with, without or should-have orders is available.

Standing Orders

Standing orders allow for the automation of repetitive orders.
RJLasap also allows for rotational orders over a period up to four weeks.
Standing orders can be imported via templated Excel spreadsheets allowing customers to complete and email their own orders.

Handheld

EDI / On-line

Orders can be imported electronically using a number of EDI standards as well as using our own on-line ordering sytstem.
RJLasap has EDI links to the major supermarkets as well as companies such as Tradesimple, Entreprise Foods, IDC, etc.
The RJLasap on-line ordering allows customers to download their available products, enter quantities required, print off purchase order, and upload the order directly to the main RJLasap system.
